§ 65. City executive committees of political parties.

The city executive committees of the two political parties casting the highest vote at the last preceding general election, shall each consist of one person from each of the wards of the city to be selected in the same manner and at the same time that candidates for municipal offices are selected. Vacancies in a committee shall be filled and members to represent newly created wards shall be elected by the committee to serve until the next general city election.
