Any person violating the provisions of this article or any regulation promulgated
under this article shall be subject to a fine of $25.00, plus court costs for each
violation. Any owner of a multifamily dwelling, four units or larger, violating this
article or any regulation promulgated under this article, shall be subject to a fine
up to $100.00, plus court costs for each violation. Any commercial establishment violating
this article or any regulation promulgated under this article, shall be subject to
a fine of up to $100.00, plus court costs for each violation.
