No person shall knowingly have in his possession, either upon his person or in the
premises within his control, in which he is employed or in which he has an interest,
any share, ticket, certificate, token, bill or other device representing or purporting
to represent or designate for the purpose of representing a chance upon a prize or
other reward in any lottery, pool, contest of skill or in any device or game.
