§ 78-213. Obstructing pedestrians for purpose of inducing to purchase.

  • No person shall in any street or upon any sidewalk or footway engage in obstructing passage along or upon such place by catching hold of or soliciting any persons or in any way interfering with their free passage along any streets, sidewalks or footways for the purpose of inducing or compelling them to buy any article or thing from any store or stand, or to patronize any hotel, inn, boardinghouse or other place of entertainment or amusement.
