§ 114-327. Hearing procedure; judicial review.

Nothing contained in this division shall deprive any person whose operator's or chauffeur's license, or junior or probationary license, or nonresident privilege to drive has been so suspended, from availing himself of any administrative or judicial review as provided for in W. Va. Code § 17C-5A-4.
