§ 10-113. Seizing or enticing dog; bringing dog into city for impounding or killing.

  • (a)

    No person shall, except with the consent of the owner, entice any properly licensed dog into any enclosure, or decoy or entice any dog out of the enclosure or house of its owner or possessor for the purpose of taking off its collar or tag.

    (b)

    No person shall bring any dog into the city for the purpose of unlawfully abandoning, impounding, or killing the dog.
